Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization:

• Develop and design efficient processes for the production of goods, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Set and manage process parameters to optimize production and ensure consistent quality control.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) tools and process simulation software to model new processes and predict performance under various scenarios.

Heating Design & Optimization:

• Design and optimize thermal systems, including heat exchangers and HVAC systems, to enhance energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing thermal systems to improve performance and reduce operational costs.

Process Oversight:

• Continuously monitor all production processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with set parameters.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure processes adhere to environmental regulations and safety standards.

Maintenance Planning:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule regular maintenance activities.
• Develop strategies to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment through preventive maintenance and upgrades.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage projects related to process improvement and the introduction of new technologies or equipment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the biofuel industry.
• Strong understanding of process simulations and design software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
