  1. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout.
  2. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including deliverables, milestones, and payments.
  3. Review and analyses contracts to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or breaches promptly.
  5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual requirements and project objectives.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including interpretation of contract provisions and resolution of disputes.
  7. Negotiate contract modifications, extensions, or amendments based on changing project needs or scope adjustments.
  8. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize adverse impacts on the project.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing railway projects.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including records of correspondence, amendments, and approvals.
