Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Hardware position located in Gaya. The IT Hardware professional will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Information Technology skills
• Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
• Customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
