• Fully execution for SPS (Schneider Performance System) for all manufacturing processes
• Implement & maintain digital tools in production process including cyber security
• Optimize manufacturing resources, consumables, production wastes to get productivities

To keep shop floor in good condition (5S)

Safety cultures and behaviors creation ( MIR, LTDR)

• Quality: MDR, FPY (First Pass Yield), Problem solving (3D, 5D)
• Service: On time delivery (OTDM)
• Net label productivities (DLP_ Direct Labor Productivities)
• Stock accuracies management in production
• Smart factory 4.0 sustainable

Qualifications

Education :

Degree in Industrial / Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent

Job Related Experience

5 years

Business Understanding

Understanding of Schneider Production System, Quality Policy & Safety Policy

Others (e.g. Language Skills, Technical Skills)

Production flow, Supervisory skill, Product knowledge, Fluent in English, Lean concept
