Roles And Responsibilities

Interacting with the customers on call and Chat

Resolve their queries related to orders

Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.

Handling pressure under adverse situations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be fluent in English.

Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off

Should be Comfortable with rotational night Shifts

Undergraduate and Fresher both can apply.

Relocation Facilities as below will be arranged:
