Agrim is a B2B e-commerce marketplace for agri-products categorised in seeds, agro-chemicals, agro-tools & animal feed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Market Understanding :
  • Exhaustive district mapping & market racky, identifying important mandis and retailers
  • Sharing of MIS about market conditions, what’s selling and what may sell in next month.
  • Keep an eye on what products are moving from his counter & Inform about any gap in terms of products, prices, packs etc.
  • Onboarding and scaling Distributors:
  • Educating all prospect retailers about AGRIM and understanding their requirements.
  • Build confidence and trust of retailers by being the face of the company on ground and increase sales from word of mouth.
  • Onboard new retailers from new markets, build and maintain a relationship with them via regular on ground meetings
  • End to end management of retailers post on-boarding until 3-4 orders are made and successfully delivered. Addressing all anxiety and pain points of retailers on a daily basis.
