- Hardware Troubleshooting, Part Replacements, Analysis for desktop Laptop & Server Devices.
- Knowledge for Printer, scanner, Door Access, Punching Clock, All-in-one, Industrial systems.
- Mailbox outlook, office365, management & troubleshooting Office Pack Good Knowledge e.g. excel
- Monitoring All Systems Logs, space and server Health Network connectivity using Application
- Maintaining the timely back up of important data and management resources.
- Antivirus Console, monitoring Security Patches updating, threat detection. Scanning.
- Documentation of Projects, MIS Reports, Maintenance, Ticket raising for Vendor.
- Assisted in the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.
- Providing quota limit on file server also manage Sharing & Security access control for Files & Folders.
- Provide patching and upgrades for all servers on monthly schedule.
