Job Summary

Construction Site Safety

Duty Hours 8Am to 8Pm

Sunday Half-Day

The position will be responsible to ensure workplace safety by adhering to established standards and pre-defined procedures

Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and statutes such as Building and Other Construction Workers Act, 1996

· Ensure all employees are in compliance with safety norms

· To coordinate the training of personnel in areas safety precautions like PPE at work, first aid methods, emergency preparedness, hazardous waste management, CPR, accident prevention and implementation of safe practices to prevent personal injuries to create health and safety awareness at all levels within the site.

· Promote safety initiatives and develop risk mitigation strategies

· Identify the causes of accident and advise on any improvement in safety standards that need to be made

· Address all injured and accidents and maintain statistical records of reported accidents

· Render first aid to workers and visitors in cases of injury or illness

· Carry out area safety and equipment inspections

· Conduct safety drills and maintain accurate administrative records of the drills carried out

· To respond to employee’s safety concerns on need basis

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: From ₹10,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raghunathpur, Raghunathpur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
