Role: Area Sales Manager

About Us:

MetShield Corporation is the manufacturer and supplier of the anti-friction metal conditioner product MetShield. MetShield Corporation’s office in India is based at Nagpur.

MetShield is used with lubricants such as engine oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil in a proportion of 6.25% of the lubricant oil sump to produce a friction-less environment in oil-wetted components in a machine to reduce significant reduction in wear and tear of the metal components. Resultant, users achieve multi-dimensional benefits with improved performance capability, and operational life with a reduction in the cost of operation.

MetShield product is served to clients in manufacturing, power generation, mining and automotive industries through its B2B and retail segment.

Summary of The Role:

MetShield Corporation is serving to PSU and private sector clients in Jharkhand and Odisha region. To make technical sales presentations, and manage after-sales services, MetShield Corporation is looking for a suitable candidate.

The candidate is required to implement strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base. The candidate shall prepare and submit the consumption and related performance report periodically to the designated official. The candidate will work with internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the product offering
• Liaise with senior executives at clients organization
• Jointly work with sales team and distributor
• Make technical presentations to the clients
• Plan and execute after-sales service related events
• Maintain relationships with the clients in the region
• Accompany distributor to meet with the clients
• Daily work reporting to the designated official

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) is preferred.

A candidate having work experience of more than 2-3 years in sales/service shall be preferred.

Skills:

The candidate is required to have good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi language.
