Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Assistant. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including communication with patients, receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with medical terminology, and ensuring patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with patients and staff
• Experience in receptionist duties and providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
