Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team and drive the sales and distribution of electric vehicles (EVs) within a designated area. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealerships, distributors, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for electric vehicles in the designated area.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including dealerships, distributors, government agencies, and other relevant partners.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Develop Channel Sales, Primary sales, B2B sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Stream.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic insights.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area and occasionally nationally or internationally.
