Job Description
We are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager at various locations in Pan India to expand the
team in sales and business development. Opportunity to join a company that manufactures
Plywood and Furniture for the B2C & B2B marketplace along with a fast-paced career progression.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities within the assigned region. As an
Area Sales Manager, they will lead and manage sales activities within their designated geographic
area. They will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer
relationships, and expanding market share. This position requires a self-motivated individual with
excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills who should have expertise in B2B
sales with an excellent track record of closing sales.
Candidates from the Plywood Domain or who know Plywood by-products very well are the ideal
candidates or should have worked in the FMCD domain.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the
assigned area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailers and wholesaler base and
increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance
and productivity.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining sales
performance and growth opportunities.
Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct
sales meetings as needed.
Good command of the regional language.
Should be a graduate with a proven track record of success in sales management in B2B,
Channel Sales, and Distribution Networking
Experience: Minimum 2 Years to 6 Years of experience in a similar role.

Salary Range: 25k – 65k Per Month + Incentives
