Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Always Dial in Ranchi. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive business growth, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and generating leads to expand the company’s customer base.

- Experience in business development or sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market in Ranchi is a plus
