Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hazaribag for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
