Tranzeal, a leading organization in the realm of US staffing and workforce solutions, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a JobDiva Administrator at our Jamshedpur OR Hyderabad office. Role: JobDiva Administrator
Location: Jamshedpur (Work from Office)
Role: Full-time Permanent
Work Timings: US Shifts – Night Shifts (8:30 pm5:30 am IST)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
JobDiva Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the JobDiva platform, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
JobDiva Implementation: Collaborate on the implementation of JobDiva, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Training: Provide comprehensive training on JobDiva to both new hires and existing users, ensuring they maximize the platform’s capabilities.
User Access Management: Manage user access permissions in JobDiva according to organizational requirements.
Data Management: Create, update, and delete profiles and records in JobDiva as needed.
Candidate Management: Set up candidate profiles, start and terminate contracts, and manage harvesting activities within JobDiva.
Technical Support: Coordinate with JobDiva support team to resolve any technical issues efficiently.
Reporting: Generate various daily and weekly reports such as collection reports, submission reports, client activity reports, call log reports, etc.
BI Reports: Utilize JobDiva to create insightful business intelligence reports.
Configuration: Configure and manage VMS (Vendor Management System) within JobDiva.
Feature Implementation: Implement new features and functionalities into JobDiva as required.
Customization: Add User Defined Fields (UDF), Onboarding documents, job strings, etc., into Job Diva as per organizational needs.
Skills Required:
Strong command on using JOBDIVA
Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and graphing for designing financial reports.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Experience with VMS tools like Fieldglass, Beeline, Agile, etc., for data preparation and management.
