Trouble Shooting of Desktop / Laptop Hardware

Providing support for Operating System and basic application

Receive calls and log all tickets before starting the trouble shooting

Apply all diagnostics utilities and process

Provide support for Software updates, Drivers

Installation and Upgrade support

Test and fix issues and do follow up till closure

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
