Position: Area Sales Manager/ Territory Manager

FundamentalParameters:

1. Location: Jharkhand ( Ranchi,Jamshedpur)

2. Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), Diploma /BE-Civilor any Equivalent Qualification (Preferred).

3. Experience:Minimum 8 years

(Preferencewill be given to candidates experienced in Manufacturing of Paver, Tiles, AACBlocks Industry and building material industry)

Requirements

Functional Parameters:

1. Exploreand open new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potentialin the territorial market.

2. Distributor/Dealer relationship management.

3. Developingdealer net waiting in all Chhattisgarh.

4. Developingand establishing new Customers.

5. Organizepromotional activations and product awareness meets for dealers andcontractors.

6. Trackand solve dealer queries timely to maintain a productive relationship.

7. Assistdealers in providing the solution to their contractors as well as end consumersfor any complaints or queries Collections.

8. Identifiedpercentage of Sales through Premium Dealer.

9. Increasesales through Sales Promotion Activities

10. Enablingdirect reports to perform and exceed their targets. And Sales Planning.

11. Achieveassigned Sales, Collection & other receivable Targets.

12. Ensureplanned market visits for effective engagement with channel partners andcustomers.

13. Maintainingaccurate records.

14. Monitorthe outstanding payments on a regular basis and take measures to minimize theover dues.

15. Manageand motivate team of direct reportees and ensure good performance reviewmechanism of their KPPs( Key performance parameters)

16. Anyother task assigned by the management.
