Role Description
This is a full-time role as an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the company. This includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, administering benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee relations. The HR Manager will also provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
