Job Description:

Requirements:

1. MBA/M.Com.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in facility management roles, with a proven track record of success.

3. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively motivate and engage teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Sound knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and regulations.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
