About Us

Responsibilities

1. Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand for products.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
3. Analytical Reporting: Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock turnover, fill rates, and order accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline the replenishment process and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and logistics to align replenishment strategies with business objectives.
6. Risk Management: Monitor potential risks such as supply chain disruptions, vendor issues, and economic factors, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in inventory management and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory management, replenishment, or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
