Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for AGM, DGM, or GM. The role involves overseeing the execution of turnkey projects of CHP in TFL Talcher, NTPC Patratu, Amrapalli CCL from planning, design, procurement, engineering, supply, construction to commissioning and 5 years Operations and handing over to clients after conducting performance guarantee tests.

The role also requires strategic planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and project management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executing EPC contracts in the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Experience in turnkey project management from planning to commissioning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Sound knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional certification, such as PMP, is a plus
