Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Bihar, uttar pradesh, Punjab and Haryana. The Training Manager will be responsible for delivered Online, and classroom training. Responsible to implementing training programs for employees, assessing training needs, conducting workshops and training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Responsibile for :- Induction Training, branch refresher training, Compliance training, software training and Compliance Training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Freshers and Experience in Human resources recruitment, operation,payroll or training and development or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and design impactful training materials
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working in rural and semi-urban areas is a plus
