Job Description
1. Shift management of Power plant instrumentation.
2. Maintenance of Honeywell DCS, Rockwell PLC, IOT system (Control logix & flex logix).
3. Maintenance of Analysers (Stack Gas, Dust, CO, SO2, pH , Silica, Sodium , Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, Vibration, Boiler Oxygen analysers).
4. Maintenance of Coal weigh bridge & belt weigher system.
5. Knowledge on turbine governing system (preferably Woodward).
6. Well versed with computer software applications.
7. Knowledge in Oracle ERP software for material management.
8. PM, CBM & Calibration of all field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, level) and its record maintenance.
9. Obtain validation of HIRA / JSAs and contribute to creation of new HIRA / JSA, when required.
10. WCM standard practices up to 5’S level.
Required Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Instrument.
