      Jharkhand (Ranchi, Gumla, Singhbum, Garoha, Dhanbad)

      Gujarat (Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Kheda, Surat, Bhavnagar)

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 12th pass, with a preference for graduates.

– Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with smartphones.

– Strong communication skills to effectively engage with local retailers, partners, and farmers.

– Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

– A valid driver’s licence and a willingness to use personal transportation for the role.

– Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment.

– Training will be provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

– Identify potential customers and partners in the assigned locations for opening Drone Centres and also introduce and onboard them as Hal Saathi.

– Collaborate with partners to initiate marketing activities to promote their businesses.

– Promote and convince partners to sell drones for agricultural, photography, logistics, and industrial use.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and provide them with the necessary support.

– Provide information about drones and their applications.

– Coordinate with the company’s sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet customer needs.

– Provide after-sales support and services to customers.

– Collect and report data related to partner and farmer activities.

– Report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
