Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Manager, based in Ranchi. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing a team of sales representatives. The Area Manager will also need to identify, develop, and manage relationships with potential customers, and analyze market trends and sales data to help improve sales performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Sales management and leadership experience
• Skills in analyzing market trends and sales data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and develop relationships with potential customers
• Knowledge of financial services products and industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
