Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Ranchi. As a Salesperson at Real Value, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all prospective buyers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve guiding customers through the car buying process, presenting detailed vehicle information, answering questions, negotiating rates, and providing expert advice. You will be responsible for building client relationships, generating new sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• A strong passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to work in a team environment
• General knowledge of automotive financing and relevant sales software
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
