Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing relationships with customers in the Jharkhand area. This is a full-time hybrid role that involves working both at Jharkhand location as well as some remote work. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will assist with product launches and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
• Ability to lead a team and develop strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and/or sales techniques is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and developing strong relationships with clients.
