Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Executive located in Patna. The MIS Executive will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on HS HR’s MIS, managing data and information systems, and communication across departments. The role includes maintaining and updating databases, creating various MIS reports, identifying trends, analyzing data, and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with information systems and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and related tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
