Location – Patna

Experience – 15+ Years.

Education – BE/B.Tech/ Equivalent

Key skills requirement:

• Experienced in supervising installation of low voltage systems (BMS, Fire alarms, PA, CCTV, ACS, data and voice networking etc)
• Developing and allocating Daily, weekly and Monthly execution plan to installation vendors and ensuring work progress on daily basis per industry productivity benchmark
• Planning and monitoring commissioning of all low voltage systems
• Must ensure quality of installation works.
• Must have strong experience on reporting daily, weekly and monthly progress against target.
• Strong monitoring and tracking ability of monthly Material delivery plan, technical data sheet approval, drawings and documents.
• Strong skills in preparing monthly installation invoices/bills, submit to client and get it certified with client on time.
• Must have strong skills in client management.
• Shall anticipate future risks and proactively take advance actions to mitigate risks of shortage of labours, delay in material supply at site, delay in documents approvals from client etc
• Strong in tracking vendor’s invoices payment due and coordinate with F&A team to release payment.
• Strong in English communication; speaking and writing.
