Role & responsblity

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee life cycle , administration, HR management, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Human Resources Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Knowledge of HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
