Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Jamshedpur. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing eye problems, and prescribing eyeglasses or contact lenses. Other tasks include managing patient records and providing advice on eye care and hygiene. The Optometrist should also stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and technologies in the field of optometry.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Current state license to practice optometry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems
• Experience prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Experience managing patient records
• Knowledge of the latest treatments and technologies in the field of optometry
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a customer service or patient-facing role
