Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardiologist consultant. The Cardiologist consultant would be responsible for cardiology consultations of in-patients, out-patients and emergency patients. The Cardiologist consultant would also be expected to lead a team of Junior Resident Doctors and participate in academic activities, research and administration.

Qualifications

• Should have completed (DM or DNB) in Cardiology
• Experience in managing acute cardiology cases such as Acute MI, Acute heart failure, Cardiogenic shock, Arrhythmic emergencies, Critical care cardiology etc.
• Thorough knowledge of ECG interpretation, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter and ABPM test interpretation as well as therapeutic management of Cardiovascular diseases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of Junior Residents
• Experience in research and publications in peer-reviewed journals would be beneficial.
• Any additional academic qualifications related to cardiology would be an added advantage
