Job Description:

As an Area Sales Manager at Butame Pharma, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the success of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Building and Recruitment:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned area.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize performance.
  1. Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive monthly sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Guide and lead the team to achieve set sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to promote our pharmaceutical products.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to medical representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the medical representatives.
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports to the management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  1. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a key point of contact between the sales team and management.
  • Enhance the company’s profile by effectively communicating with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  1. Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
