Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Patna. Admissions Counselors are responsible for interacting with potential students and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role involves providing excellent customer service, conducting sales pitches, and assisting students with education-related queries.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of education and admission processes
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Experience in education sector will be an added advantage.
