Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the region, meeting sales targets, and developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base. This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna. The Regional Sales Manager will be expected to travel within the region to meet clients, manage accounts, and build relationships. The position reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Leadership Skills, Sales Skills, and Communication skills
• Experience in managing a sales team and meeting sales targets
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Sales or Marketing related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in the industrial automation and control industry is a plus.
• Additionally, candidates must possess excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
