Your Tasks:
- Site lean targets (inventory, space, quality, productivity, lead time).
- Identifies & eliminates all the wastes in the manufacturing process.
- Implements operation and machine balance, organize all jobs around human
motion & creates an efficient production sequence (Safety, Quality, and
Productivity). - Procures, troubleshoots, maintains all material handling equipment & put
autonomous material handling system in place. - Trains people in lean six sigma concept.
Your Profile:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Full time B.E
- Experience in Tier 1 automotive will be an added advantage
- Work location will be Jamshedpur
