Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role in Patna for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• Experience in employee development, performance management, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
• HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred
