Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Patna, Bihar. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for lead generation, market research, and customer service. The role involves analyzing and interpreting data on customers and competitors, presenting insights, assisting with website and app development, as well as supporting sales teams through strategic planning, research, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market research data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proven experience in lead generation, and the ability to create a qualified pipeline of leads through multiple channels.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing web and app development processes to better serve customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in the tech industry would be an added advantage
