Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with American Security Private Limited, located in Bihar. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Security Personnel and maintaining security operations across the assigned area. The Area Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as developing and implementing security plans and procedures. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Experience in security or related field
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment
• Experience in conducting investigations and completing reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Experience in the military or law enforcement is a plus
