We build Automatic & Semi-Automatic End to End packaging equipment, consumables and offer customized packaging contract services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should have good knowledge in sourcing tools ( Naukri , Indeed & Linkedln)
• Should have hiring knowledge on Technical & Non Technical profiles
• Should act proactively and close the positions with in TAT period
• Should maintain pool of candidates data base
• Should follow up with panel members on interviewed profiles and close the position
• Can able to discuss and negotiate on the compensation part with shortlisted profiles
• Should maintain new joiners list and can prepare Offer letters
• Should have knowledge on PF & ESIC creation for new employees
• Should work on GMC & GPA policies

Skills Required:

· The applicant should have passed MBA / PGDM with HR specialization

· Should possess good Communication and Interpersonal skills.

· Excellent MS Excel & Power point presentation skills.

· Zeal to learn. Committed and result oriented.

Note: Candidates from Engineering / Heavy Machinery industry will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
