Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist in our Sasaram studio. The Receptionist is responsible for performing receptionist duties including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and providing exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
• Receptionist Duties including handling correspondence, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
• Clerical Skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Customer Service Skills including problem-solving, active listening, and empathy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Experience in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other related software.

The ability to speak multiple languages and experience in the VFX industry is also beneficial for this role.
