Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and administering HR programs and policies, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with other senior executives to ensure the company attracts, hires, retains, and develops top talent in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and administering HR programs and policies
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes
• Ability to develop and deliver training and development programs
• Experience in performance management and compensation and benefits administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related HR software
