ENEOS Retail [Sales & Marketing ] : New distributor Appointment and Secondary sale development

  • Identify and recommend prospects for New Channel patners expansion in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with Channel partners, Retailers and Mechanics.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Achieve the sales target given by organization to meet the regional and organization goal.
  • Prepare and report to line manager/organization on daily activity.
  • Drive Channel partner by making terriotry slaes plan.
  • Drive TPE (Third Party Employees) and DSR (Distributor representative) to execute the organization strategy at ground to achieve the organization goal.

Qualifications/ Specialization Required

  • Graduation/MBA [ Marketing ]
  • Basic Computer operational knowledge and Good command on Microsoft office tools [ Excel and Presentation ].

Requirements Experience Required

  • Relevent/ Automotive Industry experience in Channel Sales of at least 3-5 Years.
  • Ability to drive and manage Distributors and teams to align with the Organizations direction.
  • Experience in working with Japanese organizations will be an added advantage

Any Other Qualifications

  • Good in terms of negotiations, Can influence the Channels and Customers.
  • Should have a good geographical understanding of Chhattisgarh.
