Job Description :As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing the sales team, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Customer Service Excellence:Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage showroom inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of products.

Visual Merchandising:Oversee the visual presentation of the showroom to maximize product visibility.

Implement creative merchandising strategies to highlight new arrivals and promotions.

Training and Development:Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Identify opportunities for skill development and career advancement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
• Education :- MBA
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and an understanding of customer preferences.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000.00 – 22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
