Job Description
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
- Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge in computer software usage – Microsoft word, excel and power point.
- 1-2 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas, Macros.
- Any graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute.
- Advanced excel certification will be an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary from 165000 to 200000
