Role Description

We are looking for Technical Supervisors (Civil Engineers) for a contract on-site role located in Multiple locations of Bihar. As a Technical Supervisor (Civil Engineer), your primary responsibility will be to supervise and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they comply with design plans and specifications. You will be responsible for coordinating resources and personnel, communicating with the Department, and ensuring that project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Civil field
• 1+ years of experience in construction or engineering
• Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage personnel, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6, is a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
