Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our FMCG food products to retail counters and markets within the designated territory. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales, has a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail counters, markets, and other potential customers to drive sales growth.
2. Product Promotion: Implement effective strategies to promote our FMCG food products, including in-store displays, promotions, and product demonstrations.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
4. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with the local market and retail landscape.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
