Ranchi & BBSR combined have already grown to a size of 1300+ (7 accounts) and this is excluding MMT, Amazon & Flipkart as these accounts are centrally managed from a T&Q standpoint. With both locations in growth mode, it is imperative that we make leadership investment in Ranchi and hire a Senior Manager (CL7) as a location leader.
The prospect would be managing Ranchi and Bhubneswar sites together with over 1300 HC and would engage with client and internal stakehlders on a regular basis to strengthen the relationship and ensure 0 performance surprise.
