Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Patna. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Operations Manager will lead a team of employees to achieve operational goals and objectives, develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives to optimize productivity, efficiency and quality, and ensure performance goals are met in accordance with company standards.

  • Providing effective customer service and Handle Investor Relation for all the branches in the region
  • Responsible for smooth processing of day-to-day Branch operations
  • Report complex operational issues to Lead – Branch Coordinator / Branch Head for resolution
  • Responsible for branch operations activities at all the branches in the region
  • Co-ordination with Investors / Distributors / Sales Team in the region for excellent Investor servicing.
  • Co-ordination with R&T operations for smooth processing of transactions in the region.
  • Customer Service via CRM.
  • Error free processing of transactions at branches (AMC / K-fin)
  • Handling Irate stakeholders
  • Highlighting issues in time
  • Providing correct solution
  • Attritions at branches (AMC / K-fin)
  • Updating regulatory changes at Industry and AMC level
  • Daily Tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in management or operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present and explain complex information to team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, other computer software, and business systems
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and requirements
