Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive at Hanuman located in Patna. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, managing data, updating customer records, providing prompt and effective solutions, coordinating with other departments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi languages (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong computer skills and experience working with call centre technology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette with good listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
- Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
